We collect information you choose to enter into the app, including your vision statement, long term goals, daily goals, goal completion history, streaks, progress updates, and app preferences.Guided Goal Information
When you use guided goal creation, the information you provide may be processed to generate goal suggestions. This may include your vision, answers to reflection questions, selected goals, and supporting actions.Please do not enter highly sensitive personal information that is not necessary for goal planning.
Guided suggestions are generated by an AI model and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not appropriate for every situation. You are responsible for deciding whether to follow any suggestion.Notification Preferences
If you enable notifications, we may store your reminder preferences. Notifications may also be scheduled on your device.Analytics and Crash Reporting
We may collect limited diagnostic and usage data to improve app performance and reliability. This may include crash reports, error logs, and anonymized usage patterns. If we use third-party analytics tools (such as Expo telemetry or similar services), this will be reflected in our App Store privacy nutrition label. We do not use this data for advertising purposes.Technical Information
We may collect limited technical information necessary to operate the app, such as device type, app version, authentication status, and error information.2. How We Use Information

Becoming may use secure backend services to generate guided goal suggestions. Private API keys are not stored in the mobile app. Your goal-related inputs may be sent to a third-party AI model provider to generate suggestions. We do not use your personal information to train our own models. Third-party model providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.4. Service Providers
We may use third-party service providers to operate the app, including:
• Supabase — for authentication, database storage, and backend functions
• Expo — for app functionality such as notifications and telemetry
• An AI model provider — for guided goal creation and coaching features
• Apple and Google services — when required for app distribution, device functionality, or
optional platform featuresThese providers may process information only as needed to provide their services and are
bound by their own privacy policies.5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only when necessary to:
• Operate the app using trusted service providers

We keep your information while your account is active or as needed to provide the app. If you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your account information and associated app data from active systems, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or operational reasons.7. You can request account deletion from the Profile screen in the app. When deletion is processed, your account and associated app data are intended to be removed from active systems. Becoming is a personal goal-setting and progress-tracking app. It helps users define a vision, create goals, track daily actions, build streaks, and review progress. The app may provide guided goal suggestions, but it does not guarantee any specific outcome.2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Becoming. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian’s permission to use the app.We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts. If we learn that a user is under 13, we will delete their account and data promptly.3. Not Professional Advice
Becoming does not provide medical, mental health, financial, legal, or any other form of professional advice. Any guided suggestions are for general personal development and planning purposes only. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.If you have specific medical, psychological, financial, or legal needs, please consult a qualified professional.4. Accounts
You may need to create an account to use the app. You agree to:

You are responsible for the goals, reflections, progress updates, and other content you enter into the app (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your User Content solely to provide the app’s features and services to you.You agree not to submit User Content that is:
• Unlawful, harmful, abusive, threatening, or harassing
• Defamatory, obscene, or invasive of another person’s privacy
• Infringing on any third party’s intellectual property rights o
• Otherwise inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.7. Guided Goal Suggestions
Becoming may generate goal suggestions based on information you provide. These suggestions are powered by third-party AI model services and are intended for general personal planning purposes only.Generated suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, or unsuitable for your specific
circumstances. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, accepting, rejecting, or acting
on any suggestion.Please do not enter sensitive personal information (such as medical details, financial data, or legal matters) that is not necessary for personal goal planning.8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Misuse or abuse the app or its features
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data
• Interfere with the app’s security, functionality, or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the app
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Use the app for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Abuse or overload guided goal generation or backend services
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers against the app9. Notifications
If you enable notifications, Becoming may send reminders related to your goals. You can turn
notifications off at any time in the app or through your device settings. We are not responsible
for any consequences resulting from missed or delayed notifications.10. Account Deletion
You may request account deletion from the Profile screen in the app or by contacting us at [email protected]. Account deletion is intended to remove your account and associated app data from active systems, subject to any legal, security, fraud prevention, or operational retention requirements.11. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the app at any time, with or without notice where permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the app or any part of it.12. Third-Party Services
The app relies on third-party services including Supabase, Expo, Apple, Google, and AI model
providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the practices, availability, or content of third-party services.13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement.We do not warrant that the app will meet your requirements or that any guided suggestions will
be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your situation.14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nunnya Apps and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or other damages.In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability will be
limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nunnya Apps and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
• Your use of or access to the app
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, misuse the app, or create risk or legal exposure for us, other users, or third-party service providers.Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature
should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will continue to apply.17. Governing Law

You can delete your account inside the Becoming app by going to:Profile → Delete AccountIf you cannot access the app and need help deleting your account, email [email protected] with the subject line “Delete My Account” from the email address connected to your Becoming account.
